Sharing just one picture today. Normally each post is full of baby or newborn photography, but today I wanted to share a favorite image from this weekend. 

I have this golden window of when I like to do beach photography. For me, there is really just this 10 minute window of the perfectly diffused light and a stunning backdrop. Sometimes there is some time to pass by, usually a good time to take a bottle or snack break if it is baby photography session, or just a rest for maternity photgoraphy- but whenever we are waiting for that special light with toddlers and older kids, we usually go on a shell hunt. Helps break up the monotony of a session, and give a good opportunity for some " lifestyle" photography if you will. I have an gorgeous newborn photography session to post this evening, but I loved this image from yesteradys family photography session so much, I had to share it as I am uploading the session.
