This studio maternity session came together beautifully. She chose a casual denim and sweater look paired with  and a more classic flowing dress from my studio wardrobe. Two very different looks that flowed perfectly together in the space and our session. I love how the studio allows for that mix, a touch of cozy and editorial, soft and serene, all in one session. 

My favorite thing about working in the studio, is weaving all the images in different areas I like to shoot in, to blend them together to create something that feels artful and intentional, but still real and relatable. Its all thought out, each session is intentional with what I choose to do. From the wardrobe to the way we move through each pose. It’s not just about standing in front of a backdrop ( although that is nice!) it’s about telling a story of this time thru art, and doing  it in a way that feels elevated but still true to you.
