This year Ive decided to focus my maternity and newborn photography in the studio, making my outdoor sessions more few and far between. Although when I do go outdoors, its such a nice change of scenery and pace, changing from such controlled light into the studio to working now with the suns timing- all good things! Sharing this maternity photography session on the beach- seal beach to be exact! This sweet mama-to-be drove all the way down from Santa Cruz ( northern california) to Los Angeles just for our session, that always makes me feel so honored when people make a trip just to photograph with me. The beach was actually hazy and clouds rolled in right around sundown when we shot on the water which made the most perfect blue backdrop to go with her dress. Bittersweet I wont see them for their newborn session, but I still am so happy to been able to document their pregnancy!!
